Keep telling your story

Studies have shown that the interactions that a potential customer has with a business' social media page can make or break their transition to use that company. As a result, it is vital that companies invest in their social media pages, making sure it is up to date, easily accessible, and offers value to their followers.

Things We Look At

  • Where your audience is. If they aren't on TikTok, then you don't need to be on TikTok. Know where your audience is so that you can focus on the channels that will have the biggest impact.
  • What stories you have to tell. What makes your business different? Why would someone want to come to you instead of your competitors? What connections can you make with people?
  • How you can build a community. A following is fickle, but a community will do anything they can to support you. To do this, it requires engaging with people in that community.
  • How your pages can feed into other marketing efforts. Whether it be your website, your newsletter, or becoming a loyal customer, your social media platforms should be harnessed to support your other marketing efforts.
  • How to create content that will generate engagement. Nobody wants to post on social media purely for the sake of posting. We want to start conversations, build relationships, and create a community. This all starts with engagement.
